Dresden Exhibition

On Friday I walked up with the girls to watch the parade with Grammy and Nanny. Alivia talked and smiled almost the entire time. Alaina was mesmerized, and a little unsure of the fire truck sirens. She especially liked the clown that walked by with stickers :) On Sunday Morning we took the girls to the Dresden Exhibition fair grounds. We arrived a bit early, the rides weren't running for a couple more hours! So we walked around the exhibits, back to the small animal zoo and the saddle club and watched the horse show. We still had some time to spare so we went over to the track kitchen for an early lunch. We got back, Brandon took Alaina through the Mardi-Gras maze (mirrors and a slide at the end, woo hoo) and on the spinning strawberries. He said she loved the strawberries, screaming faster, and wanted to go on them again! She was too small for the bikes that go around. We were very disappointed this year, it was sooo small, seems like every year it gets smaller and smaller. Alaina had fun, that's the main thing.

Whoa! That strawberry ride is HUGE! April, Parker and I were actually in Dresden this weekend because I was shooting a wedding in London, but we didn't stop by the fair! We actually didn't even know it was on until my grandma mentioned it. Parker's probably still a little young for rides and stuff, though. Looks like you guys had a great time though!
